Third Nephi — Chapter 29
1 The Lord will give the Gentiles this book when the time is right. When this happens, you will know that the promises God made to the House of Israel about going back to their ancestors’ lands are beginning to come true.
2 This will show you, too, that all the things the prophets have said will come true. Do not say the Lord is taking too long to come back to the House of Israel.
3 Do not think in your hearts that what the prophets have said will not come true, because the Lord will remember the promises he made to the House of Israel.
4 When this book comes to you, you had better pay attention to the Lord, because the day of his justice will be very soon, and it will catch up with you.
5 Woe to those who do not listen to the Lord, and who deny Christ and his works!
6 Woe to those who say the Lord does not reveal anything anymore, and that there are no more prophets, or gift of tongues, or healings, or power of the Holy Ghost!
7 Woe to those who say (so they can get money) that Christ cannot do miracles! They will become like the devil, knowing the truth but lying about it anyway. There will be no mercy for these people, as Christ has said.
8 Yes, at that time you had better stop making fun of the Jews and persecuting them — or any of the House of Israel — because God will remember and keep the promises he made to them.
9 Do not think there is anything you can do to stop God from keeping his promises to the House of Israel.
